✅ Step 1: Wait for the first hour range to form.
This defines the day’s “battleground.”
✅ Step 2: Watch for price to pull back to VWAP.
This isn’t an automatic entry. Check the following:
- Is volume accelerating into the pullback?
- Are higher timeframes aligned (15min, hourly trend)?
- Are there liquidity pools just above/below VWAP?
✅ Step 3: Enter only when price respects VWAP with a rejection candle.
📈 Example: Instead of buying the first touch, I wait for a wick below VWAP that gets aggressively bought back up (showing absorption). That’s my confirmation to enter long.
