Who we are
Rawstocks LLC ("Rawstocks", "we", "us") operates rawstocksllc.com and the Rawstocks Discord community. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what control you have over it.

What we collect
Information you give us
- Account details — email address and Discord username or ID when you subscribe
- Billing information — processed by Stripe through the Whop platform. We never see or store your full card number. We receive transaction confirmations and subscription status only.
- Correspondence — anything you send us by email or in Discord
- Community content — messages you post in the Discord server
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages visited, time on page, referring site, approximate location derived from IP
- Device data — browser type, operating system, screen size
- Cookies — see the cookies section below
We do not collect brokerage credentials, account balances, positions, or trading history. We have no connection to your broker and no ability to see or act on your account.
Why we use it
- To provide the service — granting Discord access, delivering alerts, running sessions
- To administer subscriptions and billing
- To respond to support requests
- To send service messages about your subscription, and marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time
- To understand which content is useful and improve the site
- To detect fraud, abuse and account sharing
- To meet legal and tax obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Who we share it with
We share limited data with service providers who need it to make the service work:

Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for:
- Essential — keeping you signed in and the site functioning. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics — understanding which pages are used and where visitors come from.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings, and analytics cookies can be blocked without affecting your ability to use the site. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of it.
We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell or share cookie data with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We retain your information until you ask us to delete it. Send a deletion request to [email protected] from the address on your account and we will remove your personal data.
- Account data — retained until you request deletion
- Support correspondence — retained until you request deletion
- Billing records — seven years, regardless of a deletion request. US tax and accounting law requires us to keep transaction records, and this obligation overrides a deletion request for those records specifically.
- Analytics — per the retention period configured in the analytics platform, and not linked to your identity
- Discord messages — retained by Discord under their policy, not ours. Deleting your Rawstocks account does not delete messages you posted in the community.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent.
California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
EU and UK residents have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
To exercise any right, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We will respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first.
Security
We use HTTPS across the site, limit access to member data to people who need it, and rely on established providers for payments and community hosting rather than handling those functions ourselves.
No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for keeping your own account credentials safe.
Children
The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact [email protected].
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our service providers are primarily US-based. If you access the service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where data protection law may differ from your own.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the Discord and reflected in the "last updated" date above.
