Refund policy

The short version

All sales are final. Subscription payments are non-refundable.

Rawstocks sells access to a digital service that is delivered immediately and in full. Once a billing period has been charged, that payment is not refundable, and you are not entitled to a refund or partial credit for any unused portion.

What we offer instead is a seven-day trial for $7, so you can evaluate the desk thoroughly — the alerts, the sessions, the tools and the published record — before committing to a full billing period. Use it.

Cancel at any time through your Whop account. Cancelling stops future billing; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

The seven-day trial

New members can access the full service for seven days for $7 — the same alerts, sessions, tools and record that paying members receive.

• Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged the monthly rate.
• The $7 trial fee itself is non-refundable. It covers the access you received.
• The trial is available once per person. Repeat trials through additional accounts are not permitted.

The trial exists so you never have to buy a $99 month on faith. Use it — and check the alerts against the published record while you do.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. To stop the next charge, cancel before your renewal date through Whop.

Once a monthly period has been charged, that payment is non-refundable. Cancelling mid-period stops future billing; it does not refund the current period, and access continues until the period ends.

Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are charged in full at purchase and are non-refundable once the term has begun. There is no partial refund, pro-rata credit or grace window for annual purchases.

If you are unsure whether an annual commitment is right for you, start on the monthly plan. The trial and the monthly term both exist so that the annual purchase is a decision you make with full information.

Cancelling an annual subscription stops it renewing at the end of the term. Access continues to the end of the paid year.

Discretionary exceptions

We are not obliged to issue refunds. At our sole discretion, and without setting any precedent or entitlement, we may issue a refund or account credit in circumstances such as:

• Duplicate charge. Billed twice for the same period.
• Failure to deliver. You paid but were never granted Discord access, and we could not resolve it.
• Extended outage. The service was materially unavailable for a substantial part of a billing period through our fault.
• Unauthorized charge. Verified fraudulent use of your payment method.

Separately, we will always honour any refund right you have under applicable law in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived by agreement.

What is not a refundable reason

Stated plainly, so there is no ambiguity later:

• Trading losses. We publish what the desk does with its own capital. Your results depend on your entries, your sizing and your execution. Losses are not a service defect — see the Risk Disclosure.
• A losing week or month on the record. Stopped-out trades are published precisely because they are a normal part of the strategy.
• Not using the service. Access was available whether or not you logged in.
• Changing your mind after a billing period has been charged.
• Not understanding what you bought. The trial exists for this, and the methodology and record are public before you pay anything.

How to cancel

1. Sign in to your Whop account at whop.com
2. Open Memberships or Settings → Billing
3. Find the Rawstocks membership and select Cancel
4. Keep the confirmation email

Leaving the Discord server does not cancel billing. You must cancel through Whop.

If you cannot access your Whop account, email [email protected] from the address on the account and we will help.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, contact us first — most billing problems are resolved the same day.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us will result in permanent termination of access and a permanent ban from future subscriptions. We will provide the payment processor with access logs, delivery records and these terms in response to any dispute.
